Having been in Graphic Arts including studio photography for 50+ years, the "over the shoulder" pose (although this particular example is a full 90º twist, a bit more than usual) is generally one of the most flattering and thematically useful poses that can be used.

It's between #2 and #1 for sure. #2 would be better if she just pulled her shoulders back a teeny bit more. #3 and #4 just say, "BIG ASS!" to me. It's like taking an elegant swan and attached a gigantic balloon to it tail.
