Is hair shedding/hair fall after derma stamping normal?

Just asking this cause recently, my thin hair began to thicken after derma stamping for a month, and recently last week, I derma stamped again and apparently the hair shedded. Is that normal? Tried looking it up but i didn't get any clear answers, ty for the feedback :)

I'm not really sure at this point, I reaserched a bit and some people are saying that it's normal cause apparently it's a process that starts your hair regrowth, honestly I would ask A doctor if I could 😭

I will see If I can, Cause I'm so lost to be honest, this happened to me before with microneedling, I'm just trying to make sure I didn't damage anything just to be safe, I mean I know I followed the precautions with microneedling but like I said, just making sure I didn't damage anything but Tysm for the response, I would've went to a dermatologist earlier but my mom wouldn't let me, not only that but she struggles a lot financially but I'll see if ai could hopefully get and appointment scheduled Cause I know I'm not supposed to be losing hair at THIS age, it's crazy to be honest.
