I could already guess the responses to this question due to common sense: The women most likely have way more piercings than the men, as piercings often have a feminine connotation, though that connotation is slowly fading. Tattoos are more gender-neutral though.
Also... do the default earring piercings that almost all women have even count? They're so default, even baby girls often have their ears pierced at birth, so I'm not sure they even count, lol.
But either way, I have exactly zero. Why? It's just not something I ever thought about or cared about, lol.
Surprisingly or not, my girlfriend also has exactly zero. Not even the default earrings. Never wears any makeup either.

Only have my earrings left.
Used to have in nose, eyebrow, belly button and tongue.
Nose, belly button - fell out and never bothered getting it redone.
Tongue - bad for teeth in the long run and eyebrow is just a risk waiting to happen at work.

When I was a young idiot, my first ex convinced me to pierce me ears. It wasn't me. I regret it and have points where I pierced them visible on my ears many years later as apparently they didn't heal properly.

I just have one in each ear and I've been thinking of getting two more lobe piercings but I have a big fear of needles so instead I just put little gems on my ears next to my real piercings

  Not a fan of the septum piercing but I think a silver hoop looks good. Especially with the look I'm going for which is all tatted up with jewellery but wearing like an old money/ formal/ casual clothing so boots, polos, pullover sweaters, golf shorts etc
