How can I get thicker hair?

Make it look thicker or get thicker hair strands? Cause the second one is almost entirely genetic - unless there's ways to artificially expand the width of hair strands now.
For the first one you're probably better off asking on r/hair or other places like hair forums. Seems to be a mix of: eating well, protein food can help, topical creams & treatments that some people swear by and others say made things worse, styling techniques/cuts...
There's even medical treatments for significant hair loss but these have their own side effects.

They will worsely demage your hairs.. only use some proteins sources like onions juice, and curd and eggs for massage your hairs.. and eat protein foods too
