What are y’all’s opinions on chest hair?

I was watching a show today and the guy’s chest hair was sticking out nonstop , I personally don’t like it. I don't know if any other women or men feel this way.

I only grow a few hairs there. So I never needed to think about it myself.

When I see it on other men, I think ''well; that's the way they are made''. It's a natural thing.

If I'd see it on o woman, I'd be surprised :D... but as it's natural as I said (and mean) I could be tempted to investigate further, heh heh.

Some people are obsessed with ''beauty'' ''ideals'' - where I think that the nice part of humanity is the diversity of how we all look like. Certainly, I prefer specific details (and often off-mainstream) but that does not mean that I would put all others into a ''lesser category'' as persons.

On a more humorous side: cuddling with the dog or the cat or the teddy bear does give a pleasant feeling. So it should feel the same with a furry human... not?

I don't even like the hair I have to have cut every month and the facial stuff is just annoying to have to shave. Chest hair I am fortunate to be blonde and further removed from our ape like ancestors and have very sparse covering there.

I don't mind. In fact, little bit of hair on chest even looks good on some guys makes them look rugged.. I mean, they're men. Of course, they have more hair on their body than women. So, I am okay with him not shaving as long as his chest isn't too hairy. I mean, it shouldn't look bushy. I'd appreciate if he gets those trimmed but it wouldn't be a deal breaker if he doesn't.

I'm a hairy mofo... well... in patches, which is the worst possible way to be.
I used to shave my chest, but one of my exes said she liked it (even though I hate it). Eventually I just settled for learning to cope with it. I hate it but I hate the effort required to remove it on the regular even more.
I trim my armpits though.

I trim them. Not shave them. The last time I tried using my electric razor on my armpits I ended up with cuts that got infected and I needed to be on antibiotics for several weeks.
Basically though... having a lot of hair there makes it get stinky faster... so I keep it trimmed down for hygiene reasons. Same with a certain other place.

What do you suggest those with chest and back hair do? Shaving something that’s behind you isn’t a cake walk. Waxing is painful as hell. A long process, they do one small area at a time. It grows back in a matter of time.
