Asside from earpiercing which are widely accepted everywhere, naval piercing is the option thats a bit more, but can be hidable and or shown for not private situations. So least risky non earpiercing that is not only for yourself and partner.
Also cute options which only rivals earpiercings.

Because it looks nice on women especially they have a toned body. I think the best thing about this piercing is you can hide it easily if you want to be in a formal events. I like it too but won't get one.
