scientically attractive faces are more sexually dimorphic (ie feminine for women, masculine for men), have higher symetry, are more youthful (especially for women), have less unique and more easy to process features for the brain

to me i think a good nose (small and angel like for women, medium sized narrow and straight for men), good facial structure (more delicate and short face for women, and a good jaw for men) and full nice shaped lips for both sexes
