Is it possible to look younger as you get older?

I am going to be 71 real soon. I have a new nurse and a new Occupational therapist. Both of them came over for our home visits.
Both of them said that I look 45 at separate visits.
One said that I am funny and have great energy.🙂
I know that I don't look or act my age, and my voice still sounds like a much younger person, especially over the phone.
I have never used any creams or anything on my face other than soap 🧼 and water.🫧 I don't have any wrinkles or gray hair either. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Anyone else looking younger as they age?

I have not looked my age for a while.. People are surprised at how old I am. I eat right, workout a lot and do not drink alcohol or use illegal drugs.

I requested an occupational therapist so I could strengthen my upper body. It was her first visit yesterday.
The nurse visits every week are to keep an eye on my hypertension. We wouldn't want Sage to stroke out now would we?🙂

I watched a video about it yesterday and they said that it wasn't just good genes but it comes from your soul and how you live your life.
For instance - being a forgiving person instead of angry and bitter. Living peacefully. Not stressing. Etç.

Agreed. Also, sleeping enough, exercising, eating properly. Meditation, yoga or TaiChi help too!

Oh no. I don't eat good at all and I have exercise intolerance so I can't exercise. I wake up at 3 AM automatically every morning. I don't meditate or do TaiChi.
But I do the opposite of everything you suggested we do.🤷🏼‍♀️

Some people are just being nice, when people said u look 20 to me, i won’t believe that. We might look younger, look good, but we won’t look younger that far.

I believe it's possible, if you live a healthy life (no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no meat).
