For my twice daily shower I use a non smelling, hypoallergenic shower gel.

If given the time, I have a three stage procedure for my facial care... First I use a gentle cleanser to remove any dirt or makeup (which is normally extremely minimal anyway) then I use a facial scrub which I leave on for a minute or so... After washing this off with just warm water and drying, I then apply a moisturizer.

Might I suggest if you're really suffering with skin problems, consider seeing your Doctor/GP or a professional medical dermatologist.

I use Dove soap for my entire body. Never struggled with acne. The only time I struggled with acne was when I was overweight, I got a lot of pimples, and then when I went back to my normal weight they all went away. It really comes down to genetics, but I would recommend talking to a dermatologist if you are struggling with something specific.
