It's less of an all encompassing thing and more a series of character attributes.

I mean I could say probably 40 to 60 percent of women are beautiful to me. But that doesn't mean I would want to date them. It just means I can appreciate them as a person to the point that they stand out. For me to be interested in asking them on a date we'd have to have similar values and morals, life views etc.. She'd have have to display at least enough confidence interact with me. Because most importantly she would have to at least show SOME interest.
