It's kind of fluffy/messy. And with a long, thin face, I don't think it does the person pictured justice.

Less long hair around the neck, trim it back a bit, and slightly shorter and more tamed hair on top would mean the face takes up more acreage than the hair. The hair overwhelms. Then the face looks less thin.

The comb-forward of hair down onto the forehead isn't a good look either. Work with your natural hairline, even if it's farther back than you'd like.
