I was in my teens when I bought a pair. It was the first and last pair I have ever owned. I dont find them comfortable and so on that fact never bought another pair of them in my life. I dont personally understand the appeal of having something wedged up my butt for fashion reasons when no one but myself sees them. To me that is just plain stupid and unnecessary. I much prefer just the normal cut or boy shorts type underwear. I can tell you that my partner is the same way. She doesn't like thongs either and finds them just as annoying as I do. There is literally no point considering no one sees my underwear but myself and on occasion my other half.
