Girls, How old were you when you started wearing thongs?

My cousin had a huge fight with her mom about her wearing thongs. She is 14, but she's not a "slut" or an "attention whore" or however you might want to put it. She gets almost all A's in her classes. I started wearing thongs when i was 15 so i don't think there is anything wrong with her wearing them, but obviously what her mom says goes. How did your mom handle you wearing thongs, positive, negative or just indifferent?

I am 14, and whenever I go laundry shopping with my mum, I always see thongs. I wish I could wear them, but my mother has this look that will make you rethink your question. I don't blame your cousin, she likes them, and she wants to wear them. I wish I was bold enough to tell my mother I want to wear them. That's just life. Go with what your mother tells you, our your in for it. Didn't just what I do. 😞
