I would rather say "don't have to" instead of "Shouldn't." I don't think there's anything wrong with shaving or makeup, but I agree it should not be automatically expected and certainly not forced! I think it should be an option for everyone, but a rule for no one.

I mean I don't have to and if it makes sense its really more because other girls do those things. I guess it's like "competition" for lack of a better term not actively against other women. Its commonly said women don't do it for men, and that's true but we also aren't taught to be ladies by other women. in my honest opinion.
