Do hat-less bald people focus on the top of their head getting darker than their face?

If they don't apply anything then the top or their head will tan from the direct sun and probably get darker than their face, do bald people even think of that?

That's not realistic because humans move their heads all the time and the sun is at different angles during the day. In other words, this generally is not an issue.

What IS an issue is worrying about skin cancer, thus many folliclely impaired men wear hats to avoid skin cancer. All people should wear wide brim hats if you are going to be out in the sun for a long time to avoid skin cancer. My father-in-law didn't and thus he died of skin cancer.
