Not totally sure. But as I really like legs I'd say shorts... not quite sure if I should refer to them as shorts or short shorts because almost all women's shorts aimed at younger women are short shorts by default anyway so I don't know what "true short shorts" for women would look like but either way just shorts that are really short but still cover the butt. Showing upper thigh is fine and preferred but showing the butt is just going too far. And as for the longer direction I think any shorts longer than mid-thigh look bad.

Then for the top and footwear basically anything can go as long as they don't clash with the shorts. For the top it could be a tank top, crop top, or t-shirt, it works either way. Or even long sleeves with shorts can be cute in the cold. As for feet... honestly the part I'm least concerned... shoes, sandals, flip flops, anything goes, lol.

But basically I'd say shorts are my favorite piece of clothing on women and then more or less anything goes for the top and shoes.
