I notice it in the same way I notice any detail, it adds to the first impression, but it doesn’t decide anything.

Facial hair can look great if it suits his face and he keeps it clean.

But I don’t have a strict preference.

A full beard doesn't really work for me visually. I can deal with mustaches though, but prefer a guy clean shave. I notice a person's eyes first, but yeah, I do notice a beard if he has one.
