I'm a fan of briefs and wear them myself. Not all of them are white, but I definitely have some in rotation. They provide the best support and keep everything separated from your thighs, and they look great on most men in my opinion. The worst thing that happened to men's underwear fashion was the grunge movement in the 90s and the loose knit boxers that came from it. Underwear is there for a function- to support, prevent excessive movement, and protect your sensitive bits from exposure to rough fabrics like denim. Briefs do all of that the best.
