Should I wear bra as a guy with natural breast?

This is how I look..

I'm a guy. As I grow up my B started to drow slowly I don't care that much at that time. Now I'm 21 years old and my B grown to the point that it really stands out. I measured myself and my size is now 38E. I already checked with my doctor, she said I have natural breast tissue and totally healthy and okay. I'm really shy to talk about this but I really think I need a bra really soon. So if anyone like to help in this situation please do!! I want to talk to someone about my situation. You can, if you like but, bras are really not needed. They actually MAKE your tits saggier. There's a muscle at the top of each tit thats sole purpose is to support the tit it's attached to but, if you wear a bra, that muscle doesn't get the chance to do its job and gets weaker over time so, when the bra comes off the tit will sag more because that muscle is no longer strong enough to do its job.
I've known quite a few guys that were big enough to need their tits corralled but they never did. It's completely up to you. Give it a try and see if it works well for you, if not, no great loss other than what it cost for the bra. The biggest issue will be if others see that you're wearing one and get to teasing you about it.
It's completely possible that certain foods and drinks have hormones in them that cause this. It certainly isn't the first time I've heard of this!! My cousin, Jeff, was on some kind of drugs to help with a serious medical condition he was dealing with and the drugs caused his tits to grow at least to your size!! It was quite obvious that he was toting a set of H cups but he was STILL picking up women left and right!! I think women like guys with tits! I've heard one say it gives her something to grab onto while she's fucking him!
Brian Zembic got a set of implants because of a bet he lost and he doesn't hide them (most of the time) and eventually got married and has a teen or 20-something daughter, now.
