Your winter outfits?

Hi everyone, We're in the middle of winter, and I'd like to read your general opinions about winter outfits.

I live in Southeast US, and it rarely gets really cold in winter. If it does get near freezing, I have a winter coat, knitted hat and gloves.

I grew up in Northeast US, where there was typically lots of snow and below freezing temperatures. I usually wore a winter coat, snow pants and boots, along with gloves and a knitted hat when outside.

Complimentary layers are in this year. For practical reasons, it's nice to be able to regulate how warm/cool you want to feel.

I prefer a nice neutral palate, a capsule wardrobe that compliments my figure and slightly tan/brunette coloring.

(It's also a cute/flirty way to make a guy work for access, haha.)

In winter I love to wear the long body length knit cream sweater with buttons all down.,,, I button down to my waist and wear with boots and sometimes jeans.

Really depends on what I’m doing. If it is just going to class, pretty casual. If I go out to dinner or something, totally different outfit.

Our university doesn’t have a uniform. You will see everything from jeans to leggings to people in workout gear to go to the athletic center after their class.

As for dinner, if I go out and it is cold, almost always a sweater. If I’m going to an off campus party where we are packed in their like sardines, I’ll wear something lighter but where a winter coat to walk over in.

It's most importamt to keep your extremities warm including your hands, feet and your head as around 90% of you bodies heat loss is though the head then wear a coat/jacket that provides a wind break, preferably the outer shell is also water resistant and the inner shell is rated for -30 C. For some it's also important hat it's stylish.

My regular attire of short, trousers or occasionally a suit doesn't change

Changes however include not wearing my rings if I'm outside for an extended period, wearing gloves, wearing the brooch cap, wearing my leather jacket (if extra cold then it's the Skinnbekladnad)

I like duck feather jackets the most. They are warm, without being too thick, so you can get both comfort and style in the same jacket. They are usually expensive but I buy them when they are on sale.

Levi's long t shirt , carhart , pants and coat good boots probably a hoodie underneath the coat. Depending on what I'm doing a pair of glovesIf I can't wear them , I can't wear them , but got to stay warm
