Have you ever heard of Tyrus Murdock? I respect his opinions on most things, he DOES seem to be a pretty smart guy but, he dresses like a little homie!! He's obviously in his 50's and he STILL wears the baseball cap backwards (the bill on them is there to keep the Sun out of your EYES, NOT your neck!!), still tucks his ears in under it, still keeps his right pants leg at half mast and still has to show his stupid hand/gang symbols twice on every episode!! I'm amazed he actually ties his shoelaces!! He's a full-grown MAN with several kids from several different mothers but still wants to look like a little 12 year old wannabe thug!! I'm a few years older than him and, if I was still wearing the same clothes I wore when I was 12, I'd look ridiculous! I have NO PROBLEM AT ALL with him wearing what he wants to wear, for the most part, I do it, too, everybody should but, he should at least dress his age, or close to it.

You look fine, but I believe you would look a little better in more serious styles. In my 20s, I found people at church would be more likely to talk to me and say hi to me when I wore formal clues. I am not judging you, I am just saying you look more mysterious in direct contrast clothes.

White looks good on dark skin and black look a good on white. I might get a black jacket over your white t shirt to make you look more serious. You want to look middle class. If you look too expensive, or too cheap, you risk bullying or stereotyping. My cousin told me not to dress so well I look flashy, just enough to seem elegant.
