What should I wear to a pub in a poorer western suburb at night?

I am going out with some guy friends who are like brothers to me, next week, for the weekend. I am wondering what the usual dress code is for Western suburbs where people are generally a lot poorer than where I live? During the day, I see most of them walking around in light hoodies with loose pants and no jackets. One of my friends lives out that way and I don't want to stand out like a sore thumb, as I'll be going there in the evening, then I'll travel back to a slightly poorer area to catch a night time bus home.

I suggest you wear a Heckler & Koch P7. Small, lightweight, low recoil, 8 round box magazine, easily carried concealed. Also exists in a P7M13 model with a double stack magazine and 13 round capacity.
