I'm not interested enough in biology to have an opinion of what's safe here, and I'm not really interested in high heels nor wine to tell you I'm appealed. Plus it's a totally unrealistic situation for me anyway.

The inside of the shoe can have bacteria, sweat, skin particles, dirt, and possibly chemicals from the shoe materials and glues. Stockings don’t make it hygienic. You risk stomach upset, infection, or just seriously nasty contamination.

Use a clean glass, keep the heels for photos.
