Do you use both body spray and deodorant, or just one and why?

Since I never sweat and never have all of my life, I really don't need to put anything on.
But once in a while when it's really hot outside I roll on some deodorant even though I don't need to.

I stopped using either. I spray on a bit of aftershave usually old spice, joop, davidoff cool water, maybe brut. All the classics.

I find if I shower daily and hydrate then I smell ok.

Deodorant is essential because it helps with sweat and odor control, especially in Florida heat. Body spray is more for fun, layering, and feeling fresh, but it doesn’t replace deodorant for me. Different jobs, same team!

Anti perspirant. It basically blocks sweat glands it's a stronger form of deodorant.
