Receding hairline: should I try a comb-over or shave my head bald?

I've noticed that my hairline has been pushing itself back more and more in recent years where the front is exposed and the back is exposed.
Am I better off just combing it over or just shave it bald all over?

Ones one reaches a certain point I would suggest shaving it off. Being self conscious about your hair and perpetually having to fix it isn't a good feeling. Plus I think shaving it is a more dynamic look than something which is half gone.
