Should I keep the size S or M for this ribbed cotton top?

I wish to lose a little bit of weight and especially water (I kind of swell and retain water) so I am unsure which size to keep. It is 92% ribbed cotton and 8% elastan. ChatGPT it can both shrink and loosen...

I'd go small here in black. I just don't know about that red tone for you, red will really work for you in the right tone, but that is winter tone... it's cold red, not summer. Makes me think "vampire" rather than "lively" so no to both reds. Colors should bring your energy up, make you feel good. That is dreary... on my computer.

I have a sweatshirt in medium and large. Medium is slightly oversized but looks fairly standard and plain. The large one is cooler looking, but is probably too oversized. What a pickle!

If you are thinking of loosing some weight, I'd go with the smaller size. I had doubts when I bought some trousers the other day. One size was more comfortable to wear, the other was a bit tighter, but still fitted just right. I see it as an incentive: even if I do measure my hips, I'd be happy when the smaller size fits me perfectly.

Look for the Top that Feel more comfortable for Boobies, and for you to comfortably breath in!.

Both look identical so it's more about how you feel in them. If you plan to lose a bit of weight, probably S. Just be aware that it might shrink already a bit after the first wash.

Well if these tops are designed to compress on your curves then it will be tight, perfect fit but compressed against your body the whole time, it depends if you want that or if you want a slight bit of baggage on the fabric, if I was going to decide off logic alone I would say that since you have water weight flunctuations constantly it would make it easier for you to go for the size higher than your original size.
