when I was in middle school I would. I wasn't particularly developped or anything but I was tall (spanned 5'6 - 5'8) and at some points was overweight. Some people thought I was my age, most people thought thought I was a year or two older or in high school, some even thought I was in college. Even sometimes people thought I was in my early 20s. Like when I was 12-13, a couple times people thought I was my dad's young girlfriend. I was insecure about being seen with my dad around that age. Had also an embarrassing moment when I was 12 where I wasn't let into a kids event that would let 13-15yos in, because they thought I was a young adult. People only started seeing me as my actual age around 15.

Yeah, I was 6'2 with a deep voice in 7th grade. Everyone thought I was held back a couple of times when I went to a new school.
