Now what is your age ❤️
Yesterday, a girl told me "you look good for your age, you don't look old"
And I looked at her and said "One day, you'll be 24 and you'll think of this moment and realise you called me old."
Then laughed about it and said thank you.
From conversations, they usually assume older. From what I look like, they usually assume younger.
Overall I believe I will have to show my ID for at least another 10 years, lol.
But in general, I feel like people will think you are as old as the people you associate yourselves with. Which is why I think some people guess I'm older than I am and some think I am younger than I am.
When I was about 24 or something, I remember trying to get into this night club. And the bouncer looked at me and put his hand ✋️ up. Asked for my ID. I gave it to him and kept looking at it, studying it lol. Then he asked..
"Is this fake? What's your birthday, answer quick? What's your full name?"
Lol... I get it a lot though...
The opposite actually. In fact I believe once when I was 13 or so, I technically lied about being 16 or 18 to get in a theme park or something like that, just to lower the cost. Of course I didn’t actually say anything, I just let it ride. Like a dog ending a potential fight between two cats.
I'm 21, been working for 4 years, and a lot of people I meet still ask me if I'm out of school yet. I don't mind too much but as a guy it is a bit embarrassing. I must look older than 18 tho because I never get asked for ID so I'm not sure why people ask if I'm still in school...

I've had that said to me throughout my entire life. I've had quite a few funny encounters because of it. I'm 24 years. old but I look like I'm 12 years. old. I always have my ID with me, my wallet just has to let it go in order for me to show it to anyone who asks for it (because once it goes in, it doesn't want to let go of the card).
Yes.
But I don't understand why people seem to think that.
Are 30 year old people supposed to look old? Because personally, I don't think so and I think most of my peers also look young.
As for me I get compliments all the time & people are surprised when I tell them my age & they don’t believe me. People ask what I do to look so young I tell them I sleep in Tupperware.
All the time lol. Age 33, everyone I meet thinks I’m either early 20s to mid 20s. When I was in my late 20s, people think I was early 20s #asiangenes 🤭
People who take a stab at it are usually a few years younger.
My maternal side looked younger. My maternal grandpa would always have to show his driver's license at the age guessing booths at carnivals- he looked much younger.
ever since 25... some people say I look younger than I am
but ever since five years old... people do say I sound/act older than my age
If the subject comes up or if some people can't resist saying so, almost always.
never, even at high school people mistook me as an adult so i never had much trouble with underage drinking.
Yes I have always been told I look younger than I am. I'm 33 and I get about 28 about sometimes even a little younger.
I get told that all the time. I think it's mostly cuz of my height
Nope I've been told I look like a middle aged man tho 💀
Not exactly. When I ask how old I look people always guess lower than the right answer.
How old do you think I look to you?
I've been told I look very young for my age too many times to count lol
I have been told most of my life that I look younger then I am.
When I turned 40, I had a co-worker who guessed my age was 28. I had to show her my driver's license for her to believe me!
yep always had gotten this for more women and sometimes men but they don't say it.
"Too young," no "younger" yes
Never, lol. But it would be a nice compliment. :)
People still say I to this day. Usually 4 to 6 years younger than my age now.
Most people think I’m between mid to late 30’s. Some have even said early 40s.
All the time.
Yes, I get that a lot.
2,3 weeks ago... im 27
Yes. It tends to run in the family.
Yes they ask for my ID, it's nice
I have heard that since I was 10
I’m 34, but people say that I look older
I’m 26 looking 36 due to obesity.
hahaha All of my life. Near 40.

I often get that comment these days.
