No. I would not date a guy that required me to wear certain things. It tells me two things, neither of which I like.

One is that he is controlling. I don't care for anyone telling me what I can and cannot do based on what they want.

Two is that this sounds like a fetish. That would not be something I would accept in a relationship.

Last thing is that those are very much not in style for girls my age. They are not needed and just add a layer of needless clothes that makes being out in public just that much more of a pain.
