Stand out in what? White shirt is often the standart. So it won't stand out as much compared to other people, but its purpose is to create a contrast as well as a scale from dark to light, so it kinda does stand out.

Black shirt fits good and is the rarer combination I would say (not by much though). With black to black I would go for some contrast accessoires though.

Not having contrast is a contrast on its own.
So standing out in a group, black shirt by far I would say
