What shoes and accessories should I wear with this fall outfit?

Obviously I love fashion questions. I was able to find this outfit to wear this fall. What shoes and accessories would I wear with this? I was thinking about sneakers earlier and maybe some lower boots and tights later. I don't think I would need a necklace or would I? I cannot decide between gold, silver, or some other color earrings. What would you suggest?

First, you are an attractive classy-looking lady, so that's a plus... but, also something we don't want to compromise! That means, we don't want you to look frumpish in any way.

Sneakers would do that, so they are out.

OK, I need to know a few things.

• How tall are you?
• You don't have to be specific, but, roughly what is your build? (Since this is a skirt... right? ... legs can be important too.)
• Are you busty?
• How far down on you will that skirt go? (It looks about knee-length.)
• How long are the sleeves? (If the sleeves are long, a hat might be good; something Diane Keaton might have worn.)
• How late in the year do you want to wear this? We need to think about shoes based on that.

I could probably think of more questions, but I will stop with these for now. I think this is a nice choice and between your profile photo and the outfit as best as I could tell, I am thinking of something Diane Keaton might have worn.
