Just wanting to try out something like this. The top is just so pretty, the skirt is decent. Would probably add some tights and boots.

What shoes do you recommend with this outfit?

It’s a cute outfit. You can see more and more girls wearing like this on street for the past one or two years.
If I want to look young and full of energy I would wear sneakers, white recommended, socks could be no show or ankle length with the color of what you had for tops.
If I want to be more mature and not so childish, a pair of black Dr. Marten would be perfect.
I personally don’t like heels with this type of outfit, might be sexy for some men’s view, but I don’t find it quite match.

I really like the outfit but I don't know how to advise you about the right shoes. The girl in the pic is wearing a dark colored bra under that white top (which is very nice like you say) and she's obviously doing that on purpose. It's a sexy look, especially with the amount of buttons she has undone. Would you go for the same kind of look with a dark bra and buttons undone?

If you want it to be a bit more mature, I would wear this with a pair of flat boots that go over the knees, black suede would be best. I would add a pair of tights, black but not fully opaque if that makes sense. I think heeled boots would work too, but might add a bit too much "sexy" if that makes sense.

If you want to look super young, I agree with the person who recommended white sneakers or Dr Martens.

The skirt is way too short for my liking, but a longer skirt wouldn't look good with the top, so the tights are a good idea with ankle boots.
