I haven't seen a choker on a person since the 60's and 70's when it was in style.

I have no idea why anyone would even wear a tight anything around their neck. 🤷🏼‍♀️

In the way back days, girls used to wear a white blouse that buttoned to the top of her neck and had puffy sleeves and lace on the blouse. She would wear a choker on the outside of her blouse around her neck.

They used to wear a vest with the outfit as well. Pants were jeans 👖 that were bell bottom jeans.
