Why would you want your appearance to look less innocent? Do you prefer being innocent or less innocent? That would be up to your individual preference. It is better to be content with who you are, instead of being worried about what others tell you.
First of all, I don't really know what a goody goody is, so could you define that? I want to hear your opinion on what it is, and not what a google search tells me.
This sounds strange. People judge you before they even know you? This happens all the time in life. People assume things about other people, then find out that they're completely wrong. So these people judge you, and then, when the get to know you better, see that you're different than they originally perceived. I think you have nothing to worry about. Just live life the way you have before. No need to worry about the (wrong) comments of others.
p.s. - I prefer a clean girl over a dirty girl.
I like a real sporty girl. A sporty trend is very neutral, not trying to impress but also doing something good for yourself. A sporty girl is confident with her body and is able to wear just a sports bra and spandex shorts without any shame. Girls who are sexy is great but those who are fit and tone are more presentable and healthy. This is only one example out of many. Edgy isn't the word, be more trendy.
Wear darker colors and tighter clothes...loose flowy blouses with floral patterns and a cute skirt or jeans look good, but in the "goody good girl" way. Trade your flats in for boots and heels, take out your ponytail, wear your hair straight, and go for a less neutral/natural look!
And as guys have been saying: show some skin! Covering cleavage and legs and shoulders all the time gives the impression of innocence, which is akin to goody two shoes :p you don't need to sport leather jackets and studded belts, or wear a push up bra, but there's nothing wrong with some slight edge and sex appeal.
Try changing you attitude, actions speak louder than words...

dress punk simple as tht incorporate punk/biker into your everyday style such as black boots, pins in a leather or denim jacket or if you want to go more slutty dress with sh*t tht shows sh*tloads of cleavage or get a tramp stamp pictures really would help tho...
Um, sorry but what exactly does a goody goody look like? A basic rule is wearing dark colors makes you look a bit more mysterious and, well ...dark I guess. Don't do anything too over the top unless that's the look you want, no skull and crossbones tattooed on you forehead :-)
I prefer goody goody, and would be disappointed if I dated a girl who I thought that was actually wasn't!
In that regard, you could possibly save yourself, and also other guys the hassle of displaying yourself in a way that's beneficial for everyone.
Get facial piercings, tattoos, tramp stamp, wear revealing clothing, be sexually aggressive, etc.
Nobody will mistake you for a goody goody again.
Can you post a pic of yourself, how you'd normally dress? Face/hair/makeup as well as body would help, but neck down would be something.
Do you want to attract the kind of guys that go for women who dress provocatively? I'm going to say no. Put two girls in front of me one who looks like every other girl on a night out and one who looks smart, kind and fun. The goody goody will be grabbing her coat.
