I've noticed that whenever a guy has very smooth skin, he often gets called "foppish" or "pretty boy", I know that there are guys that do look feminine but I think that most of the times a guy gets called those names, they are mistaking his youthfulness for femininity. Take Keanu reeves for example. If you compare him from when he was younger to his current self, he hasn't aged much, by today's standards he is considered a very manly man. However, if you look at his younger self by today's standards some people would mistake his youthfulness as femininity. Even though he is currently 52 years old, he still looks like he is in his 30s. I think young adults with youthful features tend to age better.

Down where I live, people don't wear them a whole lot unless there is some country concert or the like. It is treated like it is a novelty item. I, for one, love them and I go crazy over girls that wear them. I just wish that they were the norm and not pushed into a stereotype of "Oh, you must love country music!" or "Did you grow up on a farm?". What do you think?

I wear skinny jeans and I haven't been shamed for wearing skinny jeans but I've seen these wannabe tough guys talking trash about guys that wear skinny jeans online. For the most part females don't really care about what clothes guys wear. So it's very rare for a female to shame a man's clothing. The reason why these wannabe tough guys like to shame guys who wear skinny jeans is because they believe they are too feminine when in reality men wore tight pants first. So yes, men can still be masculine/manly when wearing skinny jeans/pants or slim jeans/pants.

Makeup covers up flaws on the face while large beards cover up the face as well. Navel piercings tend get a lot of glances while I've heard that a lot of women like happy trails (hair below the navel) on men.
