That's right. The immature will rudely tease the person they like most, or it could be real bullying. Could you better describe his behavior to me?

True, but I can tease girls by cussing at them, calling them names, etc while knowing that I don't mean it.

I do it if she were to tease me, or beat me at anything. It's sort of like a frenemy matter, with a little bit of attraction involved. For example: today, a girl happened to kick my ass hard at these card games that I invited her to play. Every time she beat me, I called her a fucker, an asshole, sometimes (friendly) hit her, and I know it's perfectly ok. If he happens to do it because he wants to make you miserable instead of expressing his frustrations out on you like me, you are being bullied.
how will i know if attraction is involved?
If you could obviously see that the teasing can do no harm to you or him (if the same thing was done to him). If it does harm, that's another story, but if the teasing seems to be harmless to your (or his) ego, then it's being done because of attraction.
what things would hurt a guy's ego?
Personal matters such as family, personal interests, or anything that could offend the average person. A person that harmlessnessly teases you won't be digging into your personal life in any way.

That's right. As far as insulting someone's intelligence, you will definitely know whether or not a person is joking around or not. Yesterday a few of my bros had teased me because they had all finished their work before I did. They were waiting for me to join tthem to play cards, so they called me dumb, slow, etc, but I knew they meant it in a joking matter because they wanted me to finish up quickly so that I could play with them. Trust me, you'll know if they mean it or not.
i don't think it is funny to insult a girl's intelligence or mock her about her behaviour
It never bothers me nor anyone I tease. It's literally like they expect me to tease them laugh. Every time I tease someone that likes me or every time someone reads me, we smile, we laugh, or she giggled. It is funny, as long as it's the right time of do so.
