Guys, do you notice / appreciate a girl's soft skin?

I was in a store the other day and this salesman who was helping me pick up dresses accidentally touched my hand and said "wow, you have such soft hands!" It was a bit awkward lol but i appreciated it and said "thank you." My friends touch my arms all the time too, saying they're so soft. The thing is I don't do anything to make them soft. LOl.
So..
For guys: Was he just flirting or do you notice and appreciate a girl's skin?
For girls: is your skin soft, do you do anything to make it soft?

I think they do, yeah. My skin's pretty soft too. When a guy's playing with my hands or running his hand along my arm or leg as we're flirting, he'll sometimes comment on it. I think it's the smoothness, too. I put lotion on my arms and legs, so they're not dry. That's pretty much it.

I think mine is quite soft. I don't do anything to it though lol but I do soak my hands in warmed oil before giving a DIY manicure and that keeps hands really soft! :)

Yeah I love it. It drives me nuts. Non callused skin is generally soft I've found.
