I’m one of those guys who can easily mistake kindness for flirting, so I would probably think she’s attracted to me. It’s something that I don’t think a woman would just say to a guy friend. Like this girl who keeps telling me I’m sweet and calls some of the things I like cute.

Neither of the two options, I would think she meant that she was very fond of me, even if it was not necessarily romantic in nature.
