Is my ex gf trying to make me jealous?

My ex and I have been broken up for about 4 months, after she broke she jumped into another relationship I was cut up, but I have been in no contact since I found out what she done and since then there has been times she's tried calling me which I ignored. She wanted to be friends which I don't she's called me crying but yet she won't give in? So I kept ignoring her, I've blocked her off everything and she is quite upset but stuff it it's her fault what she done to me, but now she has recently unblocked me off Instagram and posted a photo of her and her bf? Because she knows her friends will like it which I'm following and itl pop up in my feed. Is she trying to get a reaction? Is it a coincidence I'm so exhausted :/, it all happened in a day she unblocks me then she Posts a photo knowing I will see it because I have blocked her off everything, please help me thanks guys, she wanted a break now but I know how she has this planned and it makes me so mad I hate her but I still love her :( I won't contact her ever unless she does first she needs to man up first after what she done, is it also a rebound?
