I dont know how it happened was aking a girl to hang out and gave me some excuse but it seemed to be legit. She was about 1 foot away from me. But she didn't move away. The she walked away really quickly and said bye in a loud high pitch tone a voice than what is normal. Any ideas? Is this flirting?

That's not enough to go off of. She might have just felt awkward since she couldn't hang out. I think you should look for more signs.

No its not flirting. It was an awkward situation and she walked off probably because she was nervous or didn't know what to respond.
