Why does he always get happy and smile whenever he sees me?

He knows I like him and I only spoken to him 3 times. Anyways he has a habit that whenever he sees me from a distance while heading towards each other direction, he gets super happy and can't stop smiling. This is each time he catches me from a distance while walking while we lay eyes on each other. I've caught him checking me out before and smirking. Could these be sign he's feeling me?

Well, since he knows you like him, maybe he's really flattered and likes the attention so he smiles whenever he sees you because he's enjoying being the center of attention. And maybe he likes you back since he was checking you out. It sounds like the two of you are sort of playing games with each other. So, it's sort of fun I guess and I think that's why he's smiling. But, I'm no expert, so hopefully someone else will share their opinion :).

sounds like me and a girl I work with. every time I see her I can't help myself but smile. most of the time just seeing her brightens up my day.

only problem though is last I heard she was in a long term relationship so for now all I can do is enjoy her presence. :D

Yah, some can't help but have a weird smile. If I smile more than halfway it looks pretty stupid. But unless you have a friend you are always walking with who he likes, then he clearly likes you.
