Why does he always smile at me?

Ok so this guy I know keeps smiling at me. Like every time he sees me he smiles. And every time we talk he's smiling,and if he pulls a joke with me or tickles me or something around there.and I have a reaction,he smiles. I think its kinda weird,but idk. Soo why does he keep smiling at me? Oh and he always stares at me too,so that's weirden me out too...
