What does it essentially mean when 'he' offers you a lift?

I'm just really needing to know what all the possible translations/meanings are for this certain guy talk.

After work, I was waiting for my mum to pick me up and the guy I work with and who I really like, offered me a lift but I'm wondering, is that a definite sign of interest or is it possible he was just being polite (it was 8:30pm)?

Well it dependsN is he one of those nice guys who help everyone and offer to do stuff for people? I personally would only offer to give rides in this situation to those that don't have rides or someone that I liked so I could be closer/ spend more time with them.

Could be either. Usually I wouldn't ask a girl to do anything for her if I didn't have intentions or interest, but tha'ts me. Some guys might.

It really depends, personally I will always offer, even if she is a total jerk.
