Guys, do you obsess over girls like girls obsess over guys?

If you really like a girl, do you think about her very often? Do you try to talk to her to improve your relationship with her? Or just go with the flow and see what happens?

Do you ever day dream about her talking to you or being your girlfriend?

When with friends, do guys talk about the girls they are interested in very often? Or is it like a "forbidden topic" or something? lol. I am just curious. I know guys aren't completely like girls in this aspect, but I'm just trying to draw some similarities.

Other questions...

Do you ever hear a song that reminds you of the girl you are attracted to or makes think about her? Do you watch her or look at her any chance you get when she's not looking your direction? Thanks for your answers :) xoxo

Just a couple of nights ago I met this girl who was a friend of my buddies at a pub. It was that buddy's farewell party as he was going to Calgary the next day. This girl instantly took a shine to me, don't know why? She kept touching me and laughing at everything I said. Anyways we made out later that night, she asked if I had a gf, I said no with a slight hesitation and she thought I did have a gf but didn't care and kept kissing me, I hesitated b/c I was caught off guard by the Q. Anyways I have to admit I have been thinking about her from time to time since. I haven't told anybody since I don't like the idea that somebody knows how I feel about another (You can analyze that however you want, I just like to keep things to myself). So to answer your Q, yes guys can fantasize, obsess, or go crazy over girls just like girls do for boys. Also, I've been playing this song called "Got You (Where I Want You)" by the Flys in my head quite a bit since. As I hum that song, I think about her cute little face and making out with her again :^) I like to see her again sometime soon, however, I don't have her # and I don't have Facebook, kind of just relying on ole serendipity (lol). Yes, I go for girls like that. I get obsessive and think about them alot. I typically make a playlist of songs that remind me of them. As for tlking to guy friends.. It kinda unspoken, we talk about girls, but not like "OMG I am sooo into her." Its more like. "Yeah, so (girl) isreally cool don't you think? Did you know she does (activity)? PLus she is really hot." From things like these, the guys know what we mean, without us sounding gay or obsessive. But yeah, I woud say we obsess equally as much as you, we just don't show it.

I must say I do those except the last 3. I don't talk about the girl I like much with friends, I don't have any song that reminds me of her, and I look at her when she is looking and not looking but I won't do that too much or it will be creepy.

In the beginning, I would pay much attention on her with critical eyes from far away. If she exhibited certain traits that I could not live with or despise, I moved on. If not, then I would come closer. If she showed interest, then I would move in for the 'kill'.

Much like the stuffs that you see in the animal kingdom documentaries except slightly less forward - if you know what I am saying.

a HUGE YES to this question. Everything you described in that is exactly what I do. I obsess over her and look at her when she's not looking and dream about her and wish it was real. I always listen to one song that makes me think of her, yet, I'm too nervous to approach her :((

I don't generally discuss it with the guys, but I do think about her quite a bit and do what I can to build a relationship with her.

Don't really have any songs that remind me of my current crush, though I have one that is a painful reminder of my last one.

Nope, neither I or any of the guys I know do that stuff. When I want to be with a girl I do what it takes to be with her, I don't go with the flow. I rarely think about the girl or stare at her when she's not looking, both of those are kinda creepy. The only time guys talk about the girls they like are when they're talking about who they're going to have sex with.

I am a guy believe it or not lol. And I can only tell you how I act and how my mates did. didn't really talk about the person a lot. as bad as this sounds men obsess over famous girls more. but they think about the girl more than talk about them. we do tend to look at the girl when she isn't looking. the amount of attention a guy gives you is the amount attraction and intrest he has for you so pay close attention to how they act around you and how much time they choose to spend with you. :)
