Rekindle Hookup Buddy?

I was hooking up with this guy last semester and we talked over summer about hooking up again in the fall. Once the new semester started we would try seeing each other but he would only want me to go to his house and he wouldn't come to mine. After about 3-4 times of this back and forth we just stopped talking. I know he's bitter over it and doesn't respond to my texts but I still want to hook up. What do i do?

Because everytime he texted me to come over i wouldn't (usually because of bad timing)

From my understanding, if it is a hookup, no feelings should be involved. I would casually say something like, "hey buddy, what's changed between us?". In a way, you are presenting it as a joke which removes pressure but also, being blunt.
