I was talking to this girl I know and she reached her hand out and I she ended up holding my hand for a few seconds. Is this a sure sign she is interested?

I think that yes!! Quick tip: Don't care about this stuff, always assume that she is interested, because if she isn't already, with that mentality she will be come interested in you in no time!!!
