Every single day, always in a crowded room, he gives me "the look", like if we were alone it would be go time. I want to say something so he knows I know what he's doing and kind of motivate him to make a real move. I love flirting with him and eye fucking but he's just being a tease and it's getting frustrating!

I feel like saying that if he keeps looking at me like that, something is going to happen. Or say that his look seems to be an invitation and I'm going to take him up on it, or he needs to at least but me dinner first if he's going to eye fuck me every day. We joke around a lot but those looks are serious! Any ideas?

Yesterday, he's staring, smiling, saying nothing for a loooong time. I stare back until it's too uncomfortable and finally ask him what he's doing/thinking and he says "just looking", still smiling and staring? Why won't he do more than just look?

The direct approach is best. If he backs off, then you back off too. That means no communication. Quit hanging out with him and quit answering his texts. Make him miss you so he can realize what he had right in front of him. I backed off my friend and about 4 months later he told me he missed me and was in love with me, unfortunately I met my boyfriend during this time and my friend keeps trying to win me back. Oh I DO! He stares so hard I feel naked! He makes me blush just by saying my hair looks great! I am just a ball of frustration around him! I am very seriously considering the direct approach. He's been doing this for months, but it took me a while to catch on, lol. Okay, so I chickened out again but had a ton of snappy naughty things to say to him to make it 100000000% clear that I want him. I wrote a peer reference about him to help him get a scholarship
and let him read it first and said he'd better make sure I didn't accidentally say anything about how hot he is. He seemed pleasantly surprised.
