When is the right time to cuddle?

I went to high school with this guy, we never talked to each other, He is 2 years older, we never had the same class together. He works at a store, I visit every once in a while, we have had a little interaction/ conversation. Recently we all met up to give back to the community after the give back. we all went to another friends house and had a little birthday celebration. this guy came and sat on my lap and laid down on my lap through out the night. We exchanged numbers. we hung out 3 days ago. we went out to eat and bowling. the next day he asked me to come cuddle with him, which he said consisted of laying up watching TV until we fell asleep. I feel its waaaaayyyy to soon for that. I personally would rather cuddle with someone I'm in a relationship with, not just some random guy (even tho I kinda know him) What do you guys think?

Personally, I love to cuddle. Cuddling doesn't always mean sex, if you don't want it you can always leave. He should respect that. Its a good time to just talk about your day and whats going on in your life. Or it leads down the other road.
You just have to be comfortable with it, and if he truly likes you, he'll respect that.
I hope it's not too late for you, if you still want to.

Cuddles are intimate! you can't just do it with anyone, guys just assume girls always want cuddles. Or think it will lead to more. Let him know that hey you gotta take me out more and get to know me before we start a cuddle movie session.

Nobody's forcing you to do this if you don't want to, but you kinda broke the cuddle barrier already so he figures you're okay with snuggling up.

I think he got my drift at the party. when I talk to him he always say, "since you didn't want me laying on you or something to that nature" "I forgot you don't like being touched" I didn't lead him on to believing it was okay. I was more like being nice, plus most guys sit on my lap anyways. I don't know why! I ask myself all the time why? Lol Thanks for your advice ! : )
