Perhaps if you are telling me here that 'she seems to flirt with me,' it doesn't seem so much that she is putting you on her pay no mind list, but she may Think that you are bored with her, have nothing much to say and is just using these little lines because she is still hanging on, still hanging in there and maybe in your own time, you will find more words to Flirt with her in return with.
Try finding more to chat with, don't leave her hanging on your last word so she leaves you Hanging With---Her last word or words...
