This guy called me a tease, what should I do?

So this guy Josh invited me to a party last Friday. Josh is like one of the cutest guys in our grade, so I was like okay sure, why not. I was wondering the house and then I walked into a room and Josh and a bunch of his friends were there. Josh was like "hey babe, you look great, why don't you come sit here" and he was pointing to his lap. Everyone was snickering and I probs looked like a tomato, but regardless I went and sat on his lap. I literally didn't even move and after a while Josh had a boner. As if that wasn't awkward enough, everyone left so that Josh and I could talk idek why. Well he started going like "oh yeah, you're the prettiest girl I've seen all night" and stuff like that. I was like aww thats cute then I hugged him. Then out of the blue he asked me if I wanted to come over to his house and watch movies, his parents wouldn't be home. Sure Josh is cute, but we all know how it would end up so I politely declined. Like, ik its kinda my fault but I'm not looking for a relationship, especially not a hookup. Well, Josh kinda laughed it off and called me a tease. He was like "You're such a damn tease and you don't even know it." Sure he was laughing, but I think he's kinda pissed. Like I guess I kinda "led him on" but he seemed pretty annoyed and upset after. He's not really talking to me at school that much either. I feel kinda bad, but he's known as a player. He hasn't been talking to me as much since, what should I do? Should I just ignore it or confront the situation? Do you think I'm at fault or something?
